Services

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as specified in their project agreement. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
